16U & Junior Athletes,

We want to provide some clarity on Fargo Qualifications, next steps, Last Chance and more.  First congratulations to all athletes who already qualified for Fargo thought automatic bids, Vegas and of the World Team Trials, Central Regionals and States! 

If you’ve already Qualified for Fargo.

If you’ve already qualified, you have a $100 (nonrefundable) deposit in your Membership cart.   This deposit is just that, it serves as your indication that you want to go to Fargo.  Once the deadline passes, the deposits will tell us what spots we have filled.  It will also provide us a list of open positions that we will post for Last Chance.

FAQ’s:

• What if I don’t pay the deposit?
• This will forfeit your spot for Fargo.
• I only qualified for one style and want to wait until Last Chance before I decide.
• If you want to go, the deposit MUST to be paid by the dead line.  We can not hold a spot.  It would be difficult to post Last Chance spots available.  
• Can I change my qualified weight?
• Qualifications through the state tournament are “locked in”.  If you want to go another weight, you must do last chance (if any sports are available).
• Qualifications at the other events may be changed.
• How do I get my gear?
• Gear store will open on June 9^th and close on June 13^th.  Will be posted on www.musw.org
• Are the singlets the same?
• The singlets from last year are the same as last year as well as the singlets from the duals.  If you still don’t have them, we will add the singlet charge to your cart and order them. 
• How does the camp work?
• Fargo athletes will have a mandatory camp at Albion College, July 6-8.  More info will go out after Last Chance.

I have not Qualified for Fargo Yet. 

The annual Last Chance Qualifier will be held on June 28^th at Action Sports Center in South Lyon, MI.  We will be posting open and available spots on the website (www.muaw.org) next week.  The flyer is also on the website.  Athletes will compete for open positions in the following format.  All champions of last chance will receive a birth to Fargo.  Other open spots will be awarded based on availability and placement.  If only two spots are available, a true second place match will be wrestled.
